Cancellation, Return & Exchange Policy

At Urban Religion, we strive to provide the best shopping experience. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not already been dispatched.

  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

  • To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately with your order details.

2. 7-Day Return & Hygiene Policy

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery under strict hygiene conditions:

  • Hygiene Requirement: Product must be in 100% hygienic condition.

  • Unused & Unwashed: Product use kiya hua accepted nahi hai. Wo unused aur original condition mein hona chahiye.

  • Tag & Wear Stage: Product ko Worn Stage (pehni hui halat) mein ya Tag Removed Stage (bin tag ke) accept nahi kiya jayega. Sabhi original tags aur packaging intact honi chahiye.

  • Items purchased during special sales or discounts may not be eligible for return unless they are damaged or defective.

3. Exchange Policy

  • We offer exchanges for size issues or defective products within 7 days of delivery.

  • Exchange requests are subject to product availability. If the requested size is unavailable, store credit or refund may be offered.

4. Refund Process

Once your return is approved (after inspection), refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Online payments: Refunded to the original payment method.

  • COD refunds: Processed via bank transfer (bank details required).

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged/incorrect product.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Used, washed, or worn products.

  • Items without original tags.

  • Products damaged after delivery.

  • Clearance or final sale items.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Product

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.
