Shipping, Returns & Exchange Policy

At The Choice Fashions, we are committed to providing a seamless, reliable, and premium shopping experience. This Shipping, Returns & Exchange Policy outlines the terms related to order processing, shipping timelines, delivery, returns, exchanges, and customer assistance. We encourage all customers to read this policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Order Processing and Dispatch

All orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours of order confirmation, excluding Sundays and public holidays. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation message via email or SMS along with the tracking details for your shipment.

We make every effort to ensure that each order is packed securely and handed over to our logistics partners promptly so that it reaches you in excellent condition.

2. Estimated Delivery Timeline

Orders are generally delivered within 5 to 7 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on the delivery location. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, including high order volumes, festive periods, weather conditions, operational disruptions, or courier-related delays.

In such situations, we appreciate your patience and understanding as we work closely with our delivery partners to minimise delays wherever possible.

3. Shipping Charges

Any applicable shipping charges will be calculated and displayed clearly at checkout before you complete your purchase. This ensures complete transparency regarding the total amount payable before order confirmation.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be shared with you through email or SMS. You may use these details to track your shipment and stay informed about its delivery progress.

5. Returns and Exchanges

At The Choice Fashions, we maintain high standards of product quality, presentation, and hygiene. To preserve these standards, returns and exchanges are accepted only within 7 days of delivery, subject to fulfilment of all eligibility conditions mentioned below.

To qualify for a return or exchange, the product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition. The wear hygiene tag and the original tag loop must remain fully intact. Products returned with missing, damaged, removed, or tampered tags will not be eligible for return or exchange.

An unboxing video is mandatory for all return and exchange requests. The video must clearly show the sealed package being opened for the first time and must visibly capture the condition of the product as received. This requirement helps us review requests fairly and verify concerns related to wrong items, defective products, damaged deliveries, or missing articles.

Requests raised without a valid and clear unboxing video may not be approved. Additionally, products showing any signs of usage, washing, staining, perfume, damage, alteration, or wear after delivery will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Once your request is submitted, our team will review the details and guide you further regarding approval and the next steps. Exchange requests are subject to stock availability at the time of processing.

6. Conditions Where Returns or Exchanges Will Not Be Accepted

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted if the request is made after 7 days from the date of delivery, if the product has been used or altered, if the wear hygiene tag or original tag loop is not intact, or if the request is submitted without a proper unboxing video.

Any item that is not returned in the same condition in which it was delivered will be considered ineligible under this policy.

7. Delivery Issues and Customer Responsibility

Customers are requested to provide complete and accurate shipping details, including the correct address, pin code, phone number, and recipient information at the time of placing the order. The Choice Fashions shall not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or non-delivery resulting from incomplete or incorrect information provided by the customer.
